The M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) toy line, launched by Kenner in 1985, introduced a unique concept that combined action figures with transforming vehicles. The series centered around a heroic team, M.A.S.K., who used technologically advanced vehicles to battle the villainous organization V.E.N.O.M. Each vehicle came with a pilot figure and a mask that gave the characters special abilities.
