Mego 50th Anniversary – Mego (2022–Present)

Mego launched its 50th Anniversary programme in 2022 to celebrate five decades since the debut of its classic 1970s action figure ranges. The anniversary releases deliberately revive Mego’s traditional 8-inch format, cloth costumes, retro head sculpts, and vintage-inspired packaging, while updating the figures with modern construction and significantly improved articulation. Early releases centred heavily on the return of the World’s Greatest Super-Heroes branding.
