The Star Wars: The Power of the Force (Starburst) line, released between 1999-2000, was a continuation of Hasbro’s Power of the Force (POTF) action figure series, which started in 1995. Referred to as the “Starburst” line due to the starburst pattern on the upper corner of the packaging, marking these releases as part of the Episode I hype, coinciding with the release of The Phantom Menace.
