1991–2006: Toy Biz began producing X-Men action figures in 1991, coinciding with the popularity of the animated series. 2006–Present: In 2006, Hasbro acquired the Marvel toy license and continued the production of X-Men figures. They introduced the Marvel Legends Series, featuring highly articulated 6-inch figures with detailed sculpts and accessories.
