Skateboard Smack-Ups – Playtime Products (1986)
Playtime Products released Skateboard Smack-Ups in 1986 as a deliberately outrageous gross-out toy line inspired by the popularity of irreverent 1980s collectibles such as Garbage Pail Kids. Each figure depicted a child on a skateboard suffering an exaggerated accident or collision, combining cartoonish humour with unusually graphic slapstick imagery.
