Glo-Racers – Matchbox (1982–1983)

Matchbox introduced Glo-Racers in 1982 as a short-lived range of futuristic miniature cars distinguished by their glow-in-the-dark plastic bodies. Produced during the final period of Lesney ownership, the cars combined lightweight fluorescent body shells with metal chassis and oversized wheels, giving the range a noticeably different appearance from conventional Matchbox Superfast models.
