The Black Hole – GIG Toys (1980)

GIG Toys produced a rare, Italy-only set of The Black Hole collectibles in 1980, most famously the magnetic “Micronauts-style” robot figures—V.I.N.CENT, Maximillian, and S.T.A.R.—built with magnetic joints/parts using tech similar to Mego’s Micronauts/Magnemo concept. These pieces are often mistaken for Mego releases, but they were foreign-market GIG items and are now highly collectible due to limited distribution.
